As the Founder of the Empower Your Well-Being Sessions and Chair of NMGv EmpowerYou Foundation, I find myself on a profound journey for my own well-being and care for the community.

My divine Thanksgiving experience day—focused on serving the community of Harlem and Free Food Harlem —was a powerful reminder of how important holistic health is to true empowerment. We are committed to empowering you for lasting positive change, and that change must start from within.

My soul loves being of support and serving others. That is why I am so proud to share the details of our core well-being initiative, a vital resource for our community, including our brave firefighters, first responders, and veterans: the Empower Your Well-being 6-Week Resilience & Clarity Program.

Empower Your Well-being: 6-Week Resilience & Clarity Program

We know that achieving empowerment and managing high-stress roles requires a solid foundation of physical health and mental clarity. Our structured program is designed to deliver rapid skill integration of Chair Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork, offering a clear path to self-sufficiency that includes the mind and body.

Here’s how you can achieve maximum physical release and mental clarity within our structured blocks:

  • What is a Block? A "block" is one complete 6-Week Resilience & Clarity Program. We are proud to announce we will offer six separate blocks of sessions throughout 2026, allowing more members of our community to join.

  • Program Launch: Our first block of sessions launches on January 13th!

  • Program Structure: Participants enroll in a focused, 6-week program, attending two sessions per week.

  • Weekday Session: Choose one session (Tues OR Thurs): 9:30 AM, 6:00 PM, or 7:30 PM EST.

  • Weekend Session: Choose one Saturday session: 8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, or 12:30 PM EST.


A Clear Path to Perpetual Growth

This strategy ensures that the program offers both high-impact, short-term structure and a reliable, long-term resource for your well-being. This is empowerment that lasts!

When you graduate, your growth doesn't stop. You gain:

  • Permanent Free Access: The Saturday Well-being Sessions remain free and accessible indefinitely. Graduates can continue attending the Saturday sessions (8:30 AM, 10:30 AM, or 12:30 PM EST) as a permanent tool for stress management and physical release.

  • Digital Support: We encourage graduates to continue their growth by following Empower You Well-Being Sessions on YouTube and social media for ongoing free resources, digital mindfulness tools, and community connection.

We want to make a tangible, positive difference in your life by integrating digital skills with physical, mental, and community well-being. This program is a critical step in that journey.
